No conventional air conditioning, but extra cool! All rooms have a special ventilation system that constantly blows fresh air into the room and ensures a pleasant temperature. Compared to other hotels, this allows us to save 40 % energy and contribute to a healthier and more sustainable environment.

You are not here to count sheep! For a good night’s sleep we only use synthetic and allergy friendly bed linen.

Doors open from 3:00 pm! You can either check-in in person at the reception or directly via our Web App. We will send you all the necessary information by email before your arrival. 

For early arrivals, an early check-in at noon is possible for an additional fee, depending on availability. You can lock up your luggage at any time in our baggage room in the basement.

See you soon! On your day of departure your room is reserved until noon. Depending on availability, we offer a late check-out until 1:00 pm for an additional fee. Just let us know at reception and we will see what we can do.

Let’s think more green! Out of love for the environment we only clean your room during your stay on request. We donate 1 € for every day a room is not cleaned to an environment project by turn to zero.

Do you still want your room cleaned? Let us know at check-in or hang the green door sign on the outside of your door handle by 11:00 a.m. This service is of course free of charge.

We accept Eurocard/Master Card, American Express, Visa and Maestro Card. Of course, you can also pay with Google Pay and Apple Pay.

You can leave your hairdryer at home to make your luggage a few hundred grams lighter! Every room at Hotel Schani Wien is equipped with a hairdryer. You will find it hidden in the side of the bathroom cabinet.

Better safe than sorry! You will find the instructions directly on the safe in the room. To close the safe, enter any 4-digit code, close the door and press “lock”. Remember the code because you will have to enter it again to open the door. Please leave the door open before you check-out.
