Room and booking

Keep cool! All rooms on the upper floors are equipped with air conditioning so that you can keep a cool head even on hot days. The rooms on the ground floor do not have air conditioning. But even on the hottest summer days, they stay pleasantly cool. 

For the sake of the environment, we would ask you to switch off the air conditioning when you open the windows or leave your room.

You are not here to count sheep! For a good night’s sleep we only use allergy friendly bed linen, made from certified organic cotton.

Doors open at 3:00 pm! An early check-in is possible, depending on availability. Should your room not be ready upon your arrival, we will be happy to store your luggage.

See you soon! On the day of departure your room is reserved until 11:30 am. Depending on availability, a late check-out until 1:30 pm is possible. We charge 15 € per hour for late check-outs.

Your room will be cleaned daily. If you would like to do without room cleaning and make a valuable contribution to environmental protection, please simply hang the door hanger on the outside of your door.

You can leave body lotion, shampoo and shower gel and hand soap at home. All rooms are equipped with our refillable organic cosmetics.

Every hair in place! Each room is equipped with a hairdryer. You will find it under or next to the washbasin in the bathroom.

The kitchenettes in our Smart Studio Rooms and Smart Family Ateliers are equipped with a hotplate, a fridge, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. Depending on availability, we will be happy to provide you with a small oven as well.

Do you need more coffee? Let us know and we will fill up your coffee supplies.

Depending on which rate you have booked, the invoice amount will be debited from your credit card directly when you book or on the day of arrival. We will send you the invoice by e-mail on the day of departure.

Better safe than sorry! All of our rooms are equipped with a safe. You can find the instructions on the safe’s door. Please leave the safe door open, when you check out.

Stay informed: Each room is equipped with a TV with international channels. 

A bit of fresh air is always a good idea! For the sake of the environment, we kindly ask that you switch off the air conditioning or heating when opening the windows. To open the skylights in rooms 15 and 16, please use the switches on the wall.
