Room and booking

Keep cool! All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, with which you can set and adjust the temperature yourself.

You are not here to count sheep! For a good night’s sleep we only use synthetic and allergy friendly bed linen. 

Delighted to meet you! On the day of arrival your room will be available from 3:00 pm. An early check-in is possible, depending on availability. If your room is not ready when you arrive, we will be happy to store your luggage for you at any time.

You can check in either in person at the reception or directly via our Web App. We will send you all the necessary information by email before your arrival. 

See you soon! On your day of departure your room is reserved until 11:00 am. Of course you can store your luggage safely with us after checking out. 

Let’s think more green! Out of love for the environment we only clean your room during your stay on request. You are welcome to let us know at check-in if you would like your room to be cleaned during your entire stay.

If you spontaneously decide to have your room cleaned, please hang the green door sign on the outside of your door by 11:00 am. Our housekeeping team will then take care of the cleaning on the same day, free of charge of course.

Are shampoo and body lotion too big to carry in your luggage? Don't worry, thanks to our Schani cosmetics you are fully equipped during your stay.

We accept Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Maestro Cards.

Better safe than sorry. A few of our rooms are equipped with safes. If you can’t find a safe in your room, we will be happy to lock in your valuables securely at the reception.

Stay informed: each room is equipped with a TV with international channels, radio programs and information about the hotel.
