Accessibility at Hotel Schani UNO City

You can reach Hotel Schani UNO City barrier-free, whether you are travelling to Vienna by plane, train or car. Depending on availability, you can park your car in our garage, which also has a disabled parking space. From the basement and the garage, an elevator will take you directly to the lobby or to the floor where your room is located. The elevator has a door width of 90 cm, the cabin is 108 cm wide and 148 cm deep.

On request, we will be happy to organise a transfer service from the arrivals hall at the airport to our hotel.

The underground station ‘Kaisermühlen VIC’ is just a few minutes from our hotel. The display board in the station shows you when the next barrier-free underground train will arrive. You can find detailed information on how to get to the Hotel Schani UNO City here.

While all rooms at Hotel Schani UNO City are wheelchair accessible, we have specifically designed the furnishings in three rooms to meet the needs of our guests in wheelchairs. They offer enough space for the turning circle of your wheelchair and are equipped with emergency cords that trigger an alarm at reception.

The spacious bathrooms offer wheelchair-accessible showers with a fold-out seat and handholds, the sink is accessible by wheelchair and there are also handles next to the toilet.

On the ground floor, the lobby, bar and breakfast buffet are accessible without steps. If required, we will be happy to serve your breakfast directly to your table. Our cosy garden can easily be accessed via wheelchair as well. The wheelchair-accessible toilet in the basement can be reached by elevator from the lobby.
